
Human-Centered Discovery to Opportunity Mapping
Front-end innovation begins with user observation and research to uncover pain points and unmet needs. These insights are mapped into user experience journeys to identify opportunity spaces. From there, ideas are brainstormed, shaped into early concepts, and iteratively tested and validated.
My role
As team lead at TTI Floorcare, I managed and guided cross-functional teams through early-stage innovation. I conducted user research, identified key insights, and presented opportunity areas to senior leadership to ensure alignment with business strategy. This work successfully funneled validated ideas into the future product roadmap. Over the course of the project, the team delivered over 20 front-end concepts that helped shape strategic direction and unlock new innovation opportunities.
